Kennedy Space Center asked for new artwork for a Journey Blanket. They requested a design on a white blanket and a navy one. For the white blanket I imagined the Space Shuttle launching with the white fabric of the blanket filling in the shuttle. For the navy the best approach I thought of would be to use the navy fabric as the background of outer space with stars and galaxies blending into it.
